Brut Red Sparkling

Region:  Beira Atlantico IGP

Grape Varieties: 40% Baga, 60% Syrah.

Vinification Process:   The base wine was obtained according to the classical technology of wine vinification, with maceration of soft solid parts in vats with automatic smasher, which allowed to get an aromatic wine with gentle tannins. The preparation, following the classical method, began in February 2013 with the bottling, and the 2nd fermentation that took place for 25 days at 15 °C. There followed a period of 6 months of bottle aging on lees. The degorgement of the first batch was made in August 2013

Colour:  Deep Ruby.

Aroma: Intense with notes of red and black fruits such as raspberries, blackcurrants and blueberries.

Taste : Has round tannins good structure and persistence finish.

Temperature Serving: 10/12 ºC

Potential Ageing: 2 years after degorgement

Recommended dishes: Appetizers, grilled and roast meats, sausages and oily fishes.
