VINTAGE 2012 – Brut

Region:  Beira Atlantico IGP

Grape Varieties:  Baga (60%) Pinot Noir (40%).

Vinification Process:  After a very gentle pressing of the grapes harvested in mid-
September, the wine has fermented for 14 days in stainless steel
tanks under controlled temperature. The production of this
sparkling wine, following the classic method, began in December
2012 with second fermentation for 27 days in the company
cellars at 13 ° C. There followed a period of 5 months in the
bottle on lees. The dégorgement of the first batch was made in
June 2013.

Colour:  Pink eye of partridge

Aroma: Intense with notes of toast, strawberry, raspberry and slight
dried vegetal.

Taste :It has a soft and fresh attack, good acidity that it gives structure
and persistence.

Temperature Serving: 7/9 ºC

Potential Ageing: 2 years after degorgement

Recommended dishes: Appetizers, pastas, Asian dishes, white meats and desserts.
